Meet Josie Winter
Co-Founder & Clinical Programme Director
Josie Winter is the Founder and Clinical Programme Director of Advanced Clinical Solutions.
With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Josie has worked across NHS, independent healthcare, higher education, patient safety, infection prevention and control, healthcare technology, and clinical governance.
Her career has included frontline clinical practice, national leadership roles, healthcare consultancy, university teaching, governance reviews, patient safety investigations, regulatory compliance programmes, and organisational improvement initiatives.
Josie is recognised for combining technical expertise with practical insight, helping healthcare organisations navigate complex challenges while maintaining a clear focus on quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
