Guy Winter
Guy, our Founder and Managing Director, is a seasoned finance and business management expert. Over his two-decade career, he has established impactful partnerships with NHS trusts and organisations like the World Bank. His expertise in Accounting and Finance is demonstrated through his provision of comprehensive management accounting services to various SME clients. Guy's corporate experience includes significant roles at a leading alcoholic drinks manufacturer, where he showcased his versatility in finance-based positions, notably within Group Treasury and as Customs and Excise Manager.
Josie Winter
Josie, the co-founder and Clinical Lead, is dedicated to enhancing patient safety and quality improvements in healthcare. With over two decades of experience in the NHS & Healthcare. She holds advanced degrees in Operating Department Practice and Infection Prevention and Control. Josie actively contributes to academia, lecturing at the University of Lincoln . She specialises in guiding clients through regulatory ,governance and safety complexities, including the CQC. She holds advanced qualifications in Clinical Audit & Governance, Patient Safety, and Healthcare Quality.

Ian Whitehouse
Ian began his professional journey as a registered nurse and has since evolved into a highly proficient executive coach, senior manager, and trainer, accumulating extensive expertise in both clinical and senior management roles . He holds a master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Wolverhampton University, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in designing and delivering training programs, Ian is deeply passionate about leadership development. He specialises in fostering leadership skills, enhancing engagement, and honing soft skills.
